Pioneering the email marketing landscape, starting with you.
Leave the details to me — I’ll handle every aspect of your email marketing with tailored strategies that fit your brand.
Reach your customers with targeted emails optimised for your specific audience, ensuring higher engagement, brand loyalty, and conversions.
Maximise your return on investment through data-driven campaigns designed to grow your revenue and customer base.
Adherence to UK-GDPR and ICO regulations are vitally important. I’ll keep up-to-date with any changes in legislature and ensure that the tools I use to manage your email marketing comply fully with what is legally required.
Communication is key in maintaining a good, effective and professional relationship that creates great results. Do you prefer to have weekly hour-long meetings? Would you want a quick 5-minute phone call every day? Maybe you’d prefer a quick text conversation every now-and-then or a monthly presentation on how things are going with your email marketing campaigns.
I can accommodate whatever works best for you and your business.
I have 4 years worth of experience in the Fitness industry and 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing. I’ve gone from working as a receptionist in a gym, to becoming a personal trainer, to now being the Marketing Executive for a not-for-profit. I’m qualified in Level 2 Fitness Instruction, Level 3 Personal Training, hold a DMI Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, and I’m about to undergo a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Business Management.
To kickstart Sinclair Pioneers, I’m lowering the price. Massively.
For my first 3 clients, I’m charging just £500 per month, flat. No revenue share, no scheduled price hikes.
Free up your time and focus on other areas of your business while I manage your email marketing campaigns.

I have 4 years of experience working within the Fitness industry and 2 years of experience within Digital Marketing.
I hold a Level 2 in Fitness Instruction, a Level 3 in Personal Training, a DMI Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, some online marketing certifications in Google Analytics (from Google) and Email Marketing (from HubSpot), and, beginning February, I’ll be studying part-time towards a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Business Management.
I’m from Bristol (hence the Clifton Suspension Bridge on the top of the page) and have recently moved to Weston-super-Mare because, frankly, I’d rather live in a 2-bed fully-furnished seafront apartment than a 1-bed mouldy flat for the same price.
I know, I need to invest in a professional headshot.
Funny story about the left-most photo: I was on holiday to Looe in Cornwall and went rock pooling in a place called Talland Bay. I was wearing boots and jeans (perfect for rock pooling, obviously) and didn’t realise just how quickly the tide came in. By the way, I can’t swim. I ended up sliding into knee-deep water, cutting my hand open. Best holiday of my life.
Email marketing starts from people agreeing to be contacted by you to receive promotional deals, company news, blogs about your newest supplement line – you name it. From there, it’s typical for your audience to be put through an automated welcome sequence to ease them into your brand and inspire them to be in the right mindset to purchase from you, or to buy from you again if they’ve already bought from you previously. Along the way, whether it’s when they signed up, when they purchased something, or when they haven’t purchased something, they’re segmented. Segmentation brings about new possibilities to engage with them on a deeper, more personal level.
When I say ‘fully managed,’ I mean I’ll look at the entire audience-acquisition process, identifying where best we can bring people into your mailing list and helping you set this up on a technical level, whether you use Shopify, WooCommerce, or something else. I’ll set up automated flows and personalised segmentation, write & design your emails, and send out regular newsletters when relevant. I’ll constantly be analysing, evaluating and maintaining this process and communicating with you to make changes when the time is right.
All I’ll need from you is graphics and for you to tell me all about your brand: why did you start it? What sets it apart from your competitors? What is your inspiration? The more I can understand about your brand the better I can represent it.
You could. There’s nothing stopping you. You’ll just have to gain a lot of knowledge in an area that’s irrelevant to your passion behind your brand and either spend a lot of time away from other aspects of your brand to focus on customer engagement or work a lot more hours, taking you away from your family and your leisure time.
Trust me or trust anyone who knows anything about email marketing. It offers the highest ROI out of any facet of marketing. It’s very little risk to hire someone else to manage it for you but you stand to gain a lot of time back.
True, I have little experience freelancing. It’s also true that I have years worth of experience in the fitness industry and in marketing. Sinclair Pioneers is new and it’s my plan to grow it into something amazing in the future. I’m not here for the short term. I’m not looking for some easy way to build a big, profitable exit. Sinclair Pioneers is my passion.
A larger team consists of maybe one person who’s really passionate about you as one of their many clients and then every other person who just wants to get paid at the end of the month and probably doesn’t know much about the industry. I know the industry, I know marketing, and I don’t ever plan on having more clients than I can count on one hand. Not while it’s still just me. I want to see your brand’s relationship with your customers grow and develop because that validates my passion and it brings you in more money.
Yes. For the time being, Sinclair Pioneers is just me: Tyler Lee Sinclair. My future plans are to grow this into a company at the forefront of marketing and advertising within the health and fitness space, truly pioneering the way forward. That’s why I’m investing in my future constantly by researching behavioural psychology in marketing, reading books about business, marketing and advertising, and starting my degree in Marketing & Business Management in February with the goal of doing a Masters in Marketing and then a Doctorate after.
That’s why when I work with you, I’m never going to treat you like you’re replaceable. I want to increase your LTV almost as much as I want to increase your customers’ LTV – not with massive price hikes but by retaining you for as long as possible.
Not so fast! I want to preserve my reputation and the reputation of Sinclair Pioneers. Sure, I’d love to have more money and work with absolutely anyone. However, we’re going to need to talk to each other first. I need to know about you and your company first before I know if we’re right for each other. Book a call and let’s speak.
Alternatively, give me a £10,000 retainer and we can skip the introduction. Semi-joking.
